Streamlined Administrative Process
We've got the paperwork covered so you can focus on enjoying the fruits (literally) of our partnership:
  • Hassle-Free Sign-Ups: Employees sign up directly on the Front Porch Pickings website via the company's sign-up page. We handle membership registration, payments, weekly newsletters, reminders, cancellations, and vacation schedules.

Employer's Role

While there are no financial commitments for employers, a few simple steps help ensure a smooth partnership:
  • Designate a Point of Contact: Appoint a coordinator within your business to serve as the liaison between your team and Front Porch Pickings.
  • Spread the Word: We'll provide marketing materials to announce our partnership to your employees via email, ideally at least two weeks before the initial delivery.
  • Provide a Convenient Space: Allocate a room, such as a conference space or cubicle, that's easily accessible for both employees and our delivery team. Loading docks or back entrances are preferred for efficiency.
  • Box Considerations: Our boxes measure approximately 12x16x6 inches, and they're sturdy enough to be stacked up to six high.
  • Set Pick-Up Times: Define pick-up hours that accommodate your employees' schedules, allowing them to drop off empty boxes on their way in and collect their produce after deliveries.
  • Consistent Delivery Days: We maintain a consistent delivery day each week for your convenience.
  • Delivery Day Responsibilities: On delivery days, we'll drop off labeled boxes in the designated room. At the end of the day, the coordinator should check the room to ensure all boxes have been picked up. If any boxes remain, the coordinator can remind employees to collect them an hour before closing. While we can't refund unclaimed boxes, employees can suspend or cancel deliveries directly with Front Porch Pickings, free of charge, by Monday at 5 pm.
